Of Nausea and CrashesI don't feel sick often. I used to feel nauseous all the time. The slightest anxiety would cause me to, essentially, feel like crap. This nausea, I would later realize, was probably brought on by a disagreement with a previously prescribed medication.Of Nausea and Crashes
Now I'm off that medication and nausea doesn't come easy or often. This is a good thing. I dread feeling sick in anyway, probably stemming from my self diagnosed emetephobia, or fear of throwing up. And, stemming from my fear of throwing up, I haven't thrown up in years, I will suffer for ridiculous amounts of time if it will prevent possible vomiting.
